Jobs die in the handoffs.

RelAi books your customers, confirms them, and texts your crews tomorrow’s jobs, all under your shop’s name.

Three handoffs. RelAi carries each one.

A job changes hands three times before it gets paid for. Each pass is a text or a call that somebody has to remember to make, and RelAi makes them.

Job comes in

The customer gets booked

RelAi texts a self-booking link. If the customer doesn’t pick a day inside your window, it calls them. It also answers when they call or text back.

To customerEXAMPLE
Hi Renee, it’s Acme Fence. Your fence install is ready to schedule. Pick a day here: example.com/b/2214. This is our automated assistant. Reply STOP to opt out.
No booking after your window, so RelAi calls
Thursday morning works.
You’re set for Thursday with an 8 to 10 am arrival. We’ll text you the day before.
Night before

The crew gets its stops

Each crew lead gets tomorrow’s jobs by text, with a link to the details. At the end of the day they reply DONE, RETURN or PARTS. There is no app to install.

To Crew 2 leadEXAMPLE
Tomorrow: 8 am Okafor, 1180 Linden, 140 ft cedar. 1 pm Pratt, gate swap. Details: example.com/c/2
DONE Okafor. PARTS Pratt, need 2 gate hinges.
Something goes sideways

The office gets the problems

What RelAi settles stays off your desk. What it can’t settle, like a price question or a crew short on parts, lands in one inbox.

Exceptions inboxEXAMPLE
Pratt, gate swap. Crew 2 replied PARTS and needs 2 gate hinges. A return trip is not booked yet.
Needs you

Your name on itEvery text and call goes out as your shop, not as us.

9 am to 8 pmRelAi only reaches out between 9 am and 8 pm in both the customer’s time zone and your shop’s.

STOP means stopA STOP reply ends contact on every channel right away.

Three and threeA customer gets no more than 3 texts a day about one job and no more than 3 calls from your shop in a day.

The whiteboard, kept up for you.

The office gets a crew calendar by day, one inbox for the jobs that need a person, and a chat that answers questions about your own jobs.

The chat reads your jobs, calls, texts and crew replies. In this version it answers questions and does not change the schedule.

One price

$497a month

Flat, for up to 150 jobs a month.

  • A job counts once, however many trips it takes, so a return trip costs you nothing extra.
  • Booking texts, follow-up calls and crew texts are included.
  • You get the crew calendar, the exceptions inbox and the office chat.
  • It runs month to month, with no contract.
Guided setup, paid once$750

What setup covers

You fill in your crews, their windows and your job types. Then one 45-minute session tunes your messages and sends test texts to your own phone.

When you can launch

Carriers have to approve your texting number before RelAi sends anything. We file it the day you sign up, and you can launch as soon as it clears.

Past 150 jobs a month

At that size you have outgrown RelAi, and Samurai Code builds coordination to fit your shop.
